Quick eat, den went to Kiddy Palace to buy Jayden a tricycle... Yes, he's been asking for one since the KL trip.. Haiz.. No choice lor.. Bought 1 for him and some small small item.. Like tat $114 gone.. Even if i am a member of Kiddy Palace, tricycle no discount... Sian... Yes, Jayden is a happi baby, me? Sad! Coz $114 gone le.... oh.. not forgetting, he's got a new fren.. A bigger size Tigger.. I need to wash the old one lar.. So buy a new one for him lor..

Toilet Training Today's topic is entitled Toilet Training.. To non mummies, plz bear with this topic as it may should pretty yucky to you as it may contain poo poo and pee pee.... To mummies, this will benefit you so read carefully!!!! These are all passed down to me from either my babysitter or my mum and even experienced mummies... Myths and legend might be eliminated here...
1. Poo poo Training When comes to training of poo poo, i know some mummies(like Priscilla), will have mani concern like "train onli when the kid know how to walk", "aiya, poo in the diapers lor", "no need train lar, kids will know automatically"....etc.. Plz mummies, abandon all these concepts behind!! The later u train ur kids to poo poo in potty/toilet, the later the kid will noe how to use the toilet... By den, ur kids will resist the toilet.. Get it?
My personal experience.... I got my babysitter to train Jayden to poo poo in the potty when he is abt 6 to 8 mths old.. I couldn't remember clearly lar... By den he could alreadi sit still, but still, an adult is needed to hold him to sit on the potty, so that he wun fall back... Den as u sit behind him, start to make those "mmmmmmmm...... mmmmmmmm......" sound.. 1st time trying will take a long time, but be veri veri veri patient... Babies are trying to get used to all these so dun force them... Try it in the morning after breakfast if possible.. If morning nothing, den afternoon... Try not to drag on until after 6pm..
Try it on everyday, ur baby will noe tat, "hey, it's time for me to poo poo le!" For Jayden, he noe how to poo poo in potty even b4 he turn 1... But he is veri resistant to potty.. After communicating with the babysitter, she told me tat, she got her youngest son to show Jayden how to poo poo in the toilet... From den on, i bought a kid toilet seat and let Jayden poo poo in the toilet bowl lor... No choice.. We have tried all ways to let him poo in the potty but of no result.. Ending result, he cry more than he poo... Haiz... Now, he is a happi baby lar... Juz tat his pattern veri funni one...
Whenever he wants to poo poo, he will start to "dance" ard the whole house.. Den we will start to monitor.. When he is abt to poo, we will pull down his diaper and put him on the toilet seat den start to mmmm.... him to poo...
Note to all mummies: If you are not the one taking care of ur baby, u will need the co-operation from the caregiver, eg: MIL, maid, babysitter...etc If they do not co-operate with u, the result will be NIL....
You can 1st invest in a potty to train him... I know some mummies will buy those poo poo storybooks to encourage the kid to poo

Potty comes in a lot of pattern nowadays... If you wan to save money, you can juz use those we have as our brides present from our maternal side..

2: Pee pee Training Ok.. Now topic 2 and final topic... I onli got my babysitter to train Jayden how to pee pee on Monday, 21st July 2008... The reason being is, i will be sending him to playgroup next yr Jan at my mum's place... Den their request is to have the kid fully toilet train.. So have to do so lor... Bo bian..
A remedy for pee pee training from my babysitter.. To let them pee pee in the potty,
1)In the morning when they wake up 2)When they bathe in the morning 3)Before they slp at nite...
In between, if you are able to let them pee pee, all the better lar... Den ytd nite, Jayden successfully pee into the potty!! Lolx... i veri happi lor... Coz he told me that he wan "xiao bian".. Den i tried to "shhh shhh" him to pee, but nothing came out.. So i sat down and waited(i was squatting at 1st).. Who knows, after waiting for like less than 1 min, he peed!! Lolx... so happi... yup... this will continue on.. whether is at my mil side or my mum's... To get him to get use to pee-ing without the diaper...
Some might ask, how abt in the middle of the nite.. Hmm... This depend on u.. If you wan to wake him up in the middle of the nite to pee pee, oso can... But Jayden for now, i wun lor.. juz let him wear diaper and slp thru the nite... Partly oso i wan to slp lar... Lolx...
Well... That's the end of Toilet Training! Anything, tag me!!!
Update: For poo poo training and pee pee training, it is best to let them use the same potty(if they are using potty).. Dun use 2 different potty.. Coz 1 might be left to become a white elephant...

Kid to be toilet trained(got my nanny to do so), to bring water bottle and extra pants in case they shh shh... Haiz... Since this is a Jan'09 intake, guess certain routine have to be turned the other way round... Thus, Jayden will have to adapt to certain things veri soon... Sian.. Have to find 1 day take leave, bring Jayden down to tat place and take a look see if he likes it anot.. Whether he likes it anot, he will have to be enrolled in... Looking thru, Jan'09, he is not even 2 & 1/2 yrs old... OMG!!!! My baby is realli growing... *faint*

Today is the day where the taxi 30c diesel surcharge start...!!! To ppl who are out there screaming, cursing and swearing abt this matter, plz bear in might, this is onli a temporary measure... Yes.. i am a regular passenger who take cab... My dad and my FIL are cabby drivers and i am one of their regular passengers.. Hehe... Ok lar.. when i board their cab, it wun affect me at all lar... Since they dun charge me a single cent.. BUT when i board other cabs, i still have to pay lor... I still have to pay like 20++ bucks to the cab uncle... I have ever paid like 30++ bucks.. Yes i did grumble... BUT.. wad can i do? I chose to take the cab and i have to pay... Hehe.. blame it on my xiao jie ness... lolx...
Back to wad happened on Tuesday, after work... I carried a bag full of documents from Sim Lim Square all the way to bugis MRT station... Imagine the distance... Yes.. i end up suffering... Pain in my pubic bone and now, my right bum... sheesh... How i wish all these pain will go away now... But now.. it is bugging me... Hate it!!!! I got scolded by Priscilla for this matter.... Haiz.. Not i wan de ma..... =p
Updates on baby #2: *"kicking" everyday *Rolling here and there.. *eating well *sleeping well.. for him, not me...

2nd, Stress can be both necessary and unnecessary in life.. Some stress can be avoided but some cannot be... Haiz... Work stress is something which cannot be avoided as with stress it will boost ur work level.. Home stress.. this can be avoided.. Yesterday nite i have a share of my home stress... Haiz... my mum called and chipped me upside down abt not lending my laptop to my brother for e-learning... Haiz... I hate such a thing from happening... Hate it... forget it.. i dun wan to bring this matter up again.. veri sian from hearing all these things... Haiz...
Finally, i am longing for a break... Even a small break like manicure and pedicure will do... I am more than satisfy that if i can have such mini breaks... Well, i'm going to do one next mth... with Priscilla... at the same time celebrate her bdae lor.. hehe.... =P

Yesterday, open letterbox and got the letter from HDB.. Yeah.. i've got the queue no.. Ta dah!! When i open, it's queue no. 669... ARGH!!!! exceeded no of flats given by HDB.... oh sh*t... Dunno will get it anot... Sian.... Juz hope in August, HDB will call us to go down and pick a house... god bless.....
A little update on yesterday's blog matter...
I asked the China collegue sitting in front of me abt this matter(man having extra marital affairs and divorce).. She said she will not divorce.. Unless she caught the man red handed in bed... Why muz she do such a thing? By the time you caught him the your veri own marital bed, having sex with another woman, dun you think it is like too too too late.... Perhaps for me, i would rather chop it off once and for all... Dun wan any party to be hurt... I rather live with the pain now, than to live with the pain forever... If anyone of you watched the show currently airing on Channel U, Perfect Cut(10pm, Mon - Fri), on Wednesday, the show feature this lady, Yoyo, starring Constance Song, she went for a boob job cause she kept thinking that her husband like woman with big boobs...
She even force Doc Tan, Thomas Ong, to operate a D cup for her, when her proportion is onli a C cup max... One pt, near ending of the show, her husband, Sam, told Doc Lim, starring Michelle Chia, that one day, when he came back from his overseas biz trip, he discover his wife, Yoyo, having an affair with another man in the bed.. That is when he forgot how to love his wife.. His wife even threaten him to die in front of him, mani mani mani times... Too mani that he has grown numb... Still, he forgot how to love her, after that incident... Eventually, they divorced... How sad.. In the past, you love that person so much.. But coz of such incident, you have forgotten how to love that person...
Ppl might noe me.. i cannot tolerate such things... Coz i grew up in a broken family despite the fact that my parents did not divorce... But still, i wan my own family, my spouse to be perfect to me... I dun wan any of such flaws in my marriage... If there is, i would rather stay single for life, juz my sons and myself... I am more than satisfied....

Her husband has another woman outside... Extra marital affairs... Haiz... Men oh men... How can they do such a thing... Whatever they do, onli hurt women more than pampering a women...
Juz now, i even told Steven, if he ever do such a thing, i will do what his xiao gu is doing now.. yes.. It is indeed tough for a single mummy to be bringing up 2 kids but i do not want to carry a burden of having to bring up 2 kids, i carry on with the marriage.. I rather bring up the kids myself than having to carry on with a broken marriage, broken family...
Dunno how some of you will feel, but of the above is how i feel...

Language: Mummy, ah mi, daddy, papa, ah ma, ah gong, po po, ye ye, gu gu(舅舅in dialect), shu shu, Gugu（姑姑), Nanny, jie jie, kor kor, di di, mei mei,uncle,auntie, thank you, please, yes, no, stop, mai(dun wan in dialect), hai yao(in fact is wo yao(i wan)),jump, bowl, tang shi(spoon), ah kult(vitagen/yakult), apple, orange,shoes, deng(light in chinese),light(with the "T" pronounced), ok, sweet sweet, neh neh(milk milk), i beat you!, ah key(nanny's dog, Mickey), Bye, see you, zai jian, orr orr, bao(carry), pao(bread or bun), tu tu(pacifier), ah chow(his pillow), tigger, book..etc
Body movement: Run around, jump around like bunny, climb high and low, scream, cry, shout, open fridge, open cupboards..etc
Diet: anything will do as long as it is food.. But we avoid food too oily and salty..
That's all i can remember for now..
Baby #2 - 23 wks & 4 days old
Confirmed it's a boi.. Yes, jayden will be having a companion soon... Movement-active, but not as active as how Jayden used to be like... Makes me much more tired than when i am expecting Jayden.. Can get hungry easily yet can make me bloated at times... This is all...

Something with regards to the baby's parents at the nanny's side....
The mummy actually had no intention of wanting Jayden and Shervon(the ger older than Jayden) out of the nanny's place.. But the meaning she said in her words made me feel like she want me and Shervon out of there so that the nanny can concentrate on taking care of her son 24/7... How can she do that? Even IF i am to back out, how am i possible to find another nanny who is willing to take care of my son for like 6 mth to 9 mths... Plus, i have promised my mum that i will let her work until after CNY(whereby her bonus is taken), den she take care of Jayden and baby #2... No way am i backing out for this...
Whatever things she had ever pin point on the nanny is all picked out by her esp. her son's dirty finger... Do u know how she clean them? She uses a toothbrush to clean them... *faint* She even tell the nanny that the bed that her son slp in, has no toys, not a single one! She wun even allow her son to have a single blue black... Imagine that.... haiz... i dunno her lar... Juz that i wun back out until I have given birth.. that is it... Thx for hearing my rants...
